This was a pretty good week as far as performances on American Idol, IMO. No comments from the judges stood out for me, and I think Randy was a major grump…ROFL!
Here is what I thought of each performance…Please share your thoughts as well!
Syesha - eh…(my usual response.) Don’t get me wrong. I think she can sing…it’s just compared to the originality of all the other contestants…she just is “eh” to me…No vote.
Chikezie -Very nice. I loved the “smooth” Chikezie. Got my vote.
Ramiele - It had potential…but she did not make it happen. Maybe a little to big for her? No vote.
Jason – Very nice…and a Latino touch. LOL. LOVED it! I did not agree with Simon at all. I thought he guitar paying was fine…and what’s wrong with being laid back?? There is plenty of stress in the world…American Idol does not deserve his stress! Got a couple votes from me!
Carly -Loved it…until the end…she bombed there at the end. 
She should have ended softly IMO. However, she DID DO the rest of the song FABULOUSLY! Got my vote.
David Cook - FANTASTIC. It was a risky move…but it paid off. I think he will have a career for sure. I voted.
Brooke – LOVED it! AS usual!! She rocks! And, she learned to play the piano by ear?? WOW!!! Got a couple votes from me!
Michael – I am not a Queen fan…but he did a nice job. I voted.
Kristy -This is the first week I actually was happy with her performance. She did a good job. It was her best performance ever. I am proud to be an American too! I voted for her…for the first time.
David Archuletta -Nice job! He is SO adorable! The song sounded familiar…and then my oldest reminded me it is on her Rebecca St. James CD. COOL Beans!! Got my vote.
Well…this is a tough one. I am not too sure who will be in the bottom…However, I will make a prediction…hey, last week I was accurate. LOL! OK…hmm…Bottom two will probably be, Kristy and Ramiele…We shall see,,,
