All together, about 2 years…

2. What are the good things blogging has brought to your life?

Friends, fun, knowledge and new networking possibilities.

3. What would you consider the pitfalls?

Sometimes people judge you.

4. Tell us about your blog name. Ever think of changing it? If so, to what? Why?

Well, I have SEVERAL blogs. However, this one was simply named to reflect it’s purpose. ME.

5. Knowing what you know now, was starting a blog a good thing for you? Why or why not?

LOL…honestly, as far as THIS blog, I am not sure…the jury is still out! My ministry blog…YES, because it helps me coneect with fellow Christian Mothers and reach those who seek the Lord.

6. How do you think blogging, bloggers, or the blogosphere has changed since you started?

There are an ABUNDANCE of them and I also think some subjects are overplayed….

8. Ultimately, what would you like your blog to accomplish for you or others?

I would want people to know who I am and what I stand for. I would want to impact others in a positive way and encourage relationship with Jesus Christ.

Who are you? Really?

1. Name something or a few things that bug you and expound. We want your unfettered opinion(s). Shouldn’t be blog related.

I am pretty easy going and hard to offend…however, for some reason, I sometimes offend others with my blunt honesty. LOL

2. Tell us about one of your best childhood memories.

I had a pretty rough child hood…I guess when we would go to theme parks…that was fun.

3. Describe your perfect day.

QUIET and NO questions!!! ROFLMBO

4. Do you have a hobby that you love?

Several. I love to cook, write, photography, web design and when I have time scrapbook the old fashioned way!

5. Tell us the best and the worst thing about being you.

I am sure if I sit here long enough I can come up with a long self pitying list…however, I am saved by Grace and on my way to Heaven to be with my Savior, so I really do not have anything I should be complaining about!.

6. What’s the most embarrassing thing that ever happened to you? We want all the details.

Well…LOL…there have been SO many…here is one…

My oldest daughter loves all animals (with the exception of spiders, roaches, and bees). She’s wanted to be a vet since she was four. Anyway, we go on nature walks around the neighborhood quite frequently. We have encountered many interesting things…we witnessed a cat take it’s last breath after getting hit by a car …we saved an orphaned baby bird…she saves earthworms from roasting in the sun almost every walk…and once we even saved an earthworm who was half way down a lizards throat…I really don’t know how she gets me into it…

A few months ago, we’re walking along and I’m silently praying we find nothing…Unfortunately, she was on a mission to catch a lizard …She finally caught one…She’s looking at it and says, “Wow, Mom look at all the intricate patterns God has placed on His creation! Isn’t it beautiful?” Well, the homeschool Mom in me is thinking…Great word usage!…but, the girl in me is thinking…Yuck! Of course, I say, “yes, sweetheart.”

OK…now…she’s happily walking along holding Mr. Lizard and I’m pushing the baby in the stroller when all of a sudden she shrieks and I turn to see her eyes wide open and she’s pointing to my back yelling…it’s on you…it’s on you…Try to get a visual …Me jumping up and down in place…flailing my arms…and screaming, get it off…get it off. As this is happening I turn to see her bent over and laughing uncontrollably and saying Mom… ha ha ha… I think you scared it to death. I look over at my little one and she’s looking at me like I lost the few marbles I had left. I’m sure the neighbors were entertained.

It was worth the horrific experience to see the laughter in my daughters eyes for the rest of the day and while she shared the story with her Dad…and mine!

7. What blog related thing bugs you? comment spam, dumb people, email spam.

How old are you? NO way!

Married? Yes

Children? 2
If so, homeschool, private, or public? Homeschool (10th year)

Favorite season? Well, I am in seasonless Florida…so fall and winter since they are the coolest.

Favorite pass time? writing and chocolate! LOL

Favorite color? certain shades of green.

Favorite movie? A few, but the first two that come to mind…The Count of Monte Cristo (with Cavezal) and Everafter

Favorite song? Too many…I like country and Christian though….OH, refine me, undo me and MANY others by by Jennifer Knapp…I love Third Day, Rascal Flatts and…LOL…OK, I will stop.

Mac or PC? PC…however, I would like to own a Mac…just because.

Dog or Cat? Cats all the way. They are cleaner and less work…I cannot do high maintenance pets right now!

Salt or Pepper? both

Vanilla or Chocolate? CHOCOLATE!!!!!!

Diet Coke, Sweet Tea or Evian? Sweet tea and Figi Water

Steak, Chicken or Shrimp? Steak and Lobster…or crab…hmmm…rock shrimp are pretty tasty too!
