Job Offer! Sales Rep WANTED!

I am looking to hire a commission based sales person. If you have sales experience or think you can do well, let me know. I will pay commission only. Meaning, you get a percentage of paid business you bring in. Commission will range from 10-25%. You will need to email, call and search for leads. This can be very lucrative for someone who is good at sales. I will provide tips and a pdf or word document with price lists and such.
I just want to clarify a few things…
This is commission based only. I cannot pay for time. I can only pay for paid jobs that you bring in. That means you will have to work at getting the sales and following through.
You will be paid once the job is completed.
You are also not allowed to spam or use unethical methods to gain sales.
You will not be my employee. You are an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.
If you do not bring in any sales, I cannot guarantee I will continue to use your services.
You will be responsible to pay your taxes and report your earning to the IRS.
Commissions:
10% for jobs $50 - $249
15% for jobs $250 - $499
20% for jobs $500 - $999
25% for jobs $1000+
Bonus Opportunities:
If you bring in over $500 of business in a month, you will receive a ONE time $20 bonus on top of commissions.
For EVERY $1000 of sales you bring in in a month, you will receive a $50 bonus on top of commissions for EACH increment of $1000 in sales.
